Tournament Brackets

Here we go again with another post-season weekend to follow our local teams around the state while they seek a title! We have the Fairfield Eagles and Choteau Bulldogs going to represent the Northern B Division in Bozeman at the  All-Class State Volleyball Tournament at Brick Breeden Fieldhouse in Bozeman and we have the Valier Panthers travelling to Big Sandy to vie for the opportunity to play th

Valier took on Bridger on their home field on Saturday afternoon and came away a big winner (64/24). The next step for the Panthers (#3 North) is a visit to Big Sandy (#2 North) for the Semi-Final game of the Class C State Championship. We started the weekend with five of our local teams heading into the playoffs and ended it with one team left. It started on Friday night with a very close  28/25 Choteau loss to Bigfork. Wow - there was a LOT of volleyball played in Choteau yesterday. We were there for all the action! It was a mixed bag for the 1B teams, they won some, they lost some, but they seemed to be having a great time doing it. Round 1 got underway about 9am on Friday morning with three courts of action, the matches consist of two games to 21, capped at 21 (no need to win by 2) and have a time limit of 45
