New York City’s A Lonely Town

Rents in New York City are in freefall these days, now reaching record lows! New Yorkers are leaving in droves! That what my friend, Peter Franklin, the Gabby Cabby reports, & Pete will be joining me this afternoon, Thursday, at 4:30, on the Puffman Show. I haven't spoken with Pete for over a year as I figured he had enough problems. Who knows? He could have been in quarantine for all I know. Blame me, I probably should have checked up on him. THIS morning, I'm happy to report the Gabby Cabby is still behind the wheel of his yellow mobile conveyance vehicle...IE: the New York City Yellow Cab. What's even cooler is, the Gab Man is still writing his True Tales on Gabby.com/true tales. I don't think that's the exact web site, but if you go to the Google & type in words like gabby cabby and/or true tales or whatever, you should be able to find it.
