Montana Legislators Consider Pro-Gun Proposals
HELENA, Mont. (AP) — Montana legislators are considering a new package of pro-gun proposals. One of the first bills heard by the Legislature would privatize the address information of concealed weapon permit holders out of fear that they'd become targets of crime. Another bill would prohibit state law enforcement from enforcing any federal ban on semi-automatic weapons and large-capacity magazines, a reaction to the Obama administration push to restrict assault rifle sales.
