Montana FWP Annual Kids’ Fishing Day

Central Montana’s 19th annual fishing day for youngsters will take place 9 a.m. to noon, June 9, at Wadsworth Pond on the west side of Great Falls.
As in past years, the Great Falls chapter of Walleyes Unlimited will give away free rod and reel outfits to youngsters who complete a series of educational stations

Congratulations to the following Special Olympians from Toole County who won medals in events at the Montana State Games in Billings:

Choteau Bulldogs and Cut Bank Wolves Win at District 1B

The District 1B Track Meet was held at Memorial Stadium in Great Falls on Saturday and Choteau and Cut Bank came away winners.

The Choteau Bulldogs team racked up 166 points to lead the pack with Fairfield 129; Shelby 94 Conrad 77; Cut Bank 6 and Rocky 1 rounding out the field

We just got word from Great Falls that they have had to cancel today's GFH/CMR JV track meet. Runners, jumpers and throwers hope the field areas dry out enough for the Fairfield Invitational meet also scheduled for Memorial Stadium Saturday
