Whoop Up is Cancelled for this Year

Conrad Lions Club has made the difficult decision to cancel Whoop Up for 2020.  The annual Whoop Up event, previously scheduled for June 5^th & 6^th, typically brings thousands of people to the streets of Conrad for a weekend of celebration and activities.  With the current risks associated with the Covid-19 outbreak, the Conrad Lions Club has decided there is too much risk to allow the event to go forward.  The cancellation will include the annual two day Conrad Lions Club Rodeo, the Conrad Lions Pancake Breakfast, and the Parade.  The cancellation is for 2020 only.  The club has every intention of returning to action as strong as ever in 2021.  This marks the first time in the 80 year history that all Whoop Up activities have been cancelled.  Conrad Lions Club would like the thank the community for their support in this decision, as we are all trying our best to stay safe and smart during this challenging period.
