Where’s The Beef?

"I" can answer that one...it's at our 4 County Marias Fair! Tomorrow (Friday) night's the Barbacoa," & Shelby High School Ag Sci Teacher & FFA Advisor, Thad White," will be here on the Puffman Show at 2:30, TODAY (Thursday) to fill us in on the food & FUN! Thad reports the barbecues will be fired up tomorrow (Friday) morning at 7, & the Barbacoa contestants will be competing in 3 categories...beef brisket, baby back (pork) ribs & pulled pork. The judging will be at 5, on Friday afternoon. Besides being a FUN, chow down event, the Barbacoa is an FFA fundraiser.
