It was a bad blizzard back in 1932, & that's what we're learning up at the Marias Heritage Center here in Shelby, as we read more of Montana author Rick Sterry's tome, "Blizzard Of '32".  I'll be at the Heritage tonight (Tuesday) to read more Montana History. We're up to page 81 & looking forward to hearing & learning more in Book One of the Sage Prairie Trilogy. "Blizzard of '32" considers the questions: what is family & where is home? I'm not sure I know the answers, but I DO know how to get to the Marias Heritage Center & I'll see you there at 6 o'clock SHARP this evening for more Montana History at the Heritage. I agree with author Mary Clearman Blew (she wrote "All But The Waltz", "Balsamroot: A Memoir", & other works) when she writes, "Rick Sterry's depiction of the Anderson family's struggles on the remote Montana prairies in the 1930's is absolutely authentic." It's a fantastic read Rick!
