For the third straight year, country artists (like the ones seen above) are teaming up with General Mills and Feeding America to fight against hunger in local communities across the U.S.

The campaign is called Outnumber Hunger, and the idea is simple: Every time you buy certain General Mills food products, General Mills will support Feeding America's mission to help feed those in need. Through January 15, 2015, General Mills food boxes will have a special code that you can enter on the Outnumber Hunger page (here); whenever a code is entered, General Mills will donate 55.5 cents to Feeding America, enough to secure five meals on behalf of your local food bank.

This year's headlining artist for Outnumber Hunger is Florida Georgia Line. In a promotional video for the campaign, Tyler Hubbard asks, “Did y’all know that 49 million people across the country struggle with hunger? That’s one in six Americans.”
