Last week, I blogged that we would be finishing up the book, "Girl From The Gulches; The Story of Mary Ronan" up at the Marias Heritage Center here in Shelby & that we would be moving on to Lenore McKelvey Puhek's riveting new read, "No Time for Tears: Sequel to Forever Friends". Well, it didn't happen! There's still about 33 pages to go before we come to the conclusion which we SHOULD this evening (Tuesday) at 6 during "Montana History". I am more than anxious to get to the end & see what happens to poor Mary's husband, the infamous Peter Ronan. From remarks made earlier in her story, I get the idea that he passes away at a relatively young age. It's all I can do not to peek to the end & finds out what happens to him. I figure that it must be traumatic..how else would the guy get a whole town named after him! We'll find out tonight at 6 during Tuesday evening "Montana History" reading at the Marias Heritage Center. Looking forward to seeing you tonight AND hopefully we can begin Lenore's new read,"No Time for Tears", her 4th in a series about pioneer women in Montana Territory. I'm not entirely positive that I can make it through 33 pages tonight...the weather's going to be cold & I'm not sure how fast I can get my lips moving!
