Chili Tasting and Judging 11:00am-1:00pm
Awards for Judges' Choice and Peoples' Choice. $100 in Chamber bucks to the winner in each category. Winners will be announced at 2:30pm.
All chili must be cooked from scratch on site the day of the cook-off. Only the meat and beans may be pre-cooked. Other ingredients may be pre-cut and/or marinated, but not cooked in any way before the competition.
Contestants should make a minimum of 4 gallons of chili.
Contestants must provide your own tables, chairs, tents, cooking utensils. Camp stoves only. There will be no electrical outlets available.
