Glacier At The Heritage

I'll be back up at the Marias Heritage Center here in Shelby this evening, Tuesday, to read more of that good old "Montana History". Thank you to Marie Ostrem who filled in for me last week. Tonight, we'll continue reading our great Glacier Park book, "Glacier From the Inside Out". These stories from former employees of the park through the years are truly enjoyable. & when I say "employees", I'm blogging about folks who came out from all parts of the country who have worked at AND IN the park from the 1920's through the 1970's. What great remembrances, what great tales! I wish that I could have been there with them! It appears to me that many of these former employees came out from Minnesota & up from Texas, with a good share coming from the Midwest. What high spirited adventures these young college students enjoyed during their summers in paradise. See you this evening at 6 at the Heritage for more "Montana History".
