I'll be up at the Marias Heritage Center at 6 o'clock SHARP tonight (Tuesday) to read & share more Montana History. We're currently enjoying W.J. Yenne's wonderful Glacier Park book, "Switchback; Fifty Years in Glacier & the West," with a foreword by George Ostrom. Last week when we left off, instead of being "up the proverbial creek," one of the poor fellows in the book was UP a tree with a bear nipping on his heels. Actually, his leg with the big bear taking a big bite out of his leg. I agree with Mel Ruder who raved, "W.J. Yenne was the man who best knew Glacier National Park's one thousand miles of trails. "ME?" I'm hoping I can find "MY" way from the Radiator Station, through downtown Shelby, & up to the Heritage this evening. Hope to see you there.
