If anyone asks you what building in Shelby has the "most stories", you might answer, "the Toole County Library". And this week and weekend, the library will be sharing some of those stories. The Toole County Friends of the Library is having a used book sale this Thursday and Friday from 4 until 8 in the evening along with 10 to 4 on Saturday. This is not only a good time to pick up some extra reading treasures but also to support our Toole County Library. In my almost 13 years in Shelby, I have used the library on many occasions and in fact right now I have a Scott Fitzgerald book that is several years overdue. Possible three or four. Oh, oh! I can only hope that Heidi isn't reading this blog and has forgotten about that book. Does anyone know if there is a statue of limitations on overdue books? What's the longest you have ever kept a book and how much money did it cost you? By the way, this sale is so biggggggg, they're having it in the white building by Hong Kong Chans. Anyone up for sweet n' sour shrimp?!
