Snow 2 Hit Shelby Today…AGAIN!

Snow & COLDER weather are in today's (Monday) Shelby forecast, & the City of Shelby reminds all of us  that it is the "duty" of the owner of ANY premises within the city limits to keep their sidewalk clear of more than 1 inch of snow, ANY amount of snow pack, ANY amount of ice, ANY amount of slush, ANY amount of mud & ALL other threats to safe foot travel. Please keep in mind the city has the right to remove such snow, snow pack, ice, slush, mud & other threats to safe foot travel & you'll get hit with the costs. The ordinance will be enforced & it is up to us as Shelby citizens to keep our sidewalks & property safe for all.
