NOW is the time to get fired up & starting to train for the infamous Lake Frances Triple P (Paddle, Pedal, Pace.) It's a kayak triathlon which includes kayak (1.5 miles,) bike (12 miles) & run (3 miles) legs. It's all going to be going full tilt on Saturday, June 13th from 8 in the morning until 1 o'clock in the afternoon. TRAIN NOW!
