There are many fruit that represent summer – watermelon, cantaloupe, and berries – but my favorite is the peach. With its sweet and tangy flavor it can be used many different ways. Because peaches ripen very fast, it is helpful to have some options like making jam, pie or freezing the fruit to enjoy later. Below is a link to freezing fruit and another for making jams.
