Klinker Injured in Skiing Accident

Former Fairfield basketball star and current Montana Western standout, Molly Klinker, suffered a broken back in a recent ski hill accident and will miss the remainder of the season, according the school.

Western wouldn't give specifics but a source told the Independent Record that Klinker hit a tree which resulted in a fractured lumbar vertebrae. She was air-lifted to St. Vincent Hospital in Billings and underwent surgery.
