Jury Duty Anyone?
The 2011 Great American Pie Festival begins today in Florida. Over the next four days, a panel of volunteer judges will taste over a thousand pies to crown America's best amateur and professional pie bakers in dozens of categories.
For those of us who can't make the trip, the APC maintains a website where you can find all of last year's winning recipes right now. Jill Jones won the Pumpkin Pie category at last year's festival with her Maple Leaf Pumpkin Pie. Here's her recipe:
