Global Warming In Valier??

Let's refine that to, "unseasonably warm weather!" Valier's Annual Ice-Fishing Derby is "usually" held in mid-January. Yikes! That's like next month. These "unusual" warm conditions the past couple of weeks have thrown a wrench as far as enough ice for the January 13th event. Instead, the Valier Ice Fishing Derby, will be held on Saturday, the 10th of February. Take it from me, the Puff Man, former executive producer of our Old Fishing Hole, real cold temperatures make a lot of ice & a lot of ice makes for safe fishing.
