"Whisk Takers," is a series of FREE cooking classes beginning this Thursday evening, the 10th. Between 5:30 & 7, Thursday night, you'll learn about roux & sauces, economical one-pan meals, rice dishes & Instant Pot meals. Don't worry about a thing, I have no idea what "roux" is either, much less how to pronounce it, but cooking class space is LIMITED! Please call 406 271 2034, and get registered ASAP.
