Dogs Need Them & So Do Cats

2024 Shelby dog & cat licenses are available this month (Jan) over at Shelby City Hall. Neutered or spayed animals will be $10, $20 for NOT neutered or spayed. Don't worry about a thing, but you'll need to bring along proof of current rabies vaccination at the time of purchase. By the way, the poor cat pictured in my Puff Man Blog, appears to have some kind of a gambling problem. Here's hoping he or she can win enough to at least pay for the license...
