
How High Will Gas Prices Get in Great Falls This Month?
Most of us saw this coming but it's time to accept it: gas prices are climbing and will continue to with no end in sight.
With the country heavily involved in the U.S.-Iran conflict, it was only a matter of time until we felt some strain at the pump.
President Trump on Rising Gas Prices: "Small Price to Pay for U.S.A."
Most of us aren't too surprised at prices going up, but according to President Trump, it's only temporary.
"Short term oil prices, which will drop rapidly when the destruction of the Iran nuclear threat is over, is a very small price to pay for U.S.A., and World, Safety and Peace," President Trump shared to his Truth Social account.

"ONLY FOOLS WOULD THINK DIFFERENTLY!"
So, what kind of gas prices could we be looking at through the end of this month?
How Much Will Gas Prices Go Up This Month?
Thanks to information from 24/7 Wall Street, "the average price per gallon across America was $3.45 as of March 8th."
Now lucky for us in Great Falls, GasBuddy is reporting that we're sitting right around (this can change at any point by the way) $3.09 in the area at the time of writing this. Also, at this present moment, the price per barrel is currently sitting around $94.

But, as 24/7 Wall St. reminds us, "what consumers pay at the pump generally lags financial markets."
Now, there's no telling if we'll surpass the all-time record of $5.02 per gallon that was set back in June 2022 according to AAA and 24/7 Wall Street. But, we can still expect a chunky increase through the end of March.
Several reports are out there about Polymarket predicting that gas prices will reach up to $4.50/gallon by the end of this month.
