The Meat Canning Workshop's on the way to CJI, & pre-registration deadline's TOMORROW, the 22nd. The workshop will take place in the CJI School FACS room next Tuesday, the 29th, with pressure canning principles & real hands-on experience along with recommended research , recipes & safe food handling. Space IS limited, so you'll need to pre-register NO later than tomorrow, Tuesday, at 873 2239. Don't worry about a thing, there'll be 2 more workshops on Tuesday, December 6th, in Big Sandy, & Thursday, the 8th.
