Today and Saturday, the good people of Dover, Ohio are hosting their annual Dandelion Festival! 

The festival includes events like a dandelion picking contest, and jelly-making, a dandelion cooking contest, an arts and crafts show, and plenty of dandelion wine.

Apparently you can do a lot with the ubiquitous weed. I trolled the net for some dandelion recipes you may want to try. With all the rain and snow we've had, no doubt we'll have a bumper crop this summer!
