Do you have a friend, neighbor or relative's who's homebound and/or has a challenging time getting out, or does NOT have easy transportation access? The Teton County Health Department is now able to do a home visit. The parameters are: 70, years of age or older, or ages 18 to 69 with high-risk health conditions.
