Here’s Comes Helen!

Helen Elliot's going to be my "Special Guest" this afternoon (Thursday) on the Puffman Show. There'll be a Fundraiser Concert THIS Sunday afternoon at the beautiful Orpheum Theatre down in Conrad, & Conrad native & Helen's daughter, opera singer, Lura Elliot Turner" returns to her hometown for the special concert. The talented Turner will perform at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon with piano accompanist Chris Nemec. Elliot must be the "real deal" because she's performed on Broadway & is a District Metropolitan Opera Auditions winner. The thing that impresses "ME," is the fact that she's also sang radio station jingles! Don't worry about a thing...Helena will fill us in on the ticket prices & locations this afternoon. I know this will be good stuff because the lovely Lura says, "None of this stuff is high brow. You will leave feeling better than when you came in. We intend to have fun." Not high brow? That's music to my ears because I'm a meat & potatoes man & I still call "supper," "supper" & NOT dinner. See you at 2:30 this afternoon when I'll be "Yellin' for Hele!"
