Camp CHRONICLE, which stands for ‘Creating High-Quality Renderings & Original Narratives in Comics in a Language-Rich Environment’, is organized by Ginger Collins, assistant professor in CSD, and Tony Gregori, a professional comic book illustrator. Eligible students for the camp are between the ages of 10 and 12, struggle with the reading and writing demands of their school curriculum, express difficulty with reading, writing, grammar, punctuation, etc., or struggle with planning, organizing, or prioritizing tasks in completing a project. Our Toole County Extension Office, Shelby Public Schools, 3 Rivers Communications & the Toole County Alliance For Youth are NOW taking applications for the Health Rocks Camp. The camp's coming up Thursday, August 8th through Sunday, August 11th at Loon Lake over in Big Fork. The Health Rocks Camp is FREE for ALL 6th, 7th & 8th graders!
