Halloween “Chester Style”

It's "Trunk or Treat" this Saturday over in Chester. The FUN will be great on Chester's 1 way from 5 until 8. You're invited to decorate your trunk & line up your vehicle between 4 & 5 on Saturday afternoon. Don't worry about a thing...the street will CLOSE to traffic after 5 o'clock. You can set the treats out for the kiddos to grab for themselves. MASKS WILL BE A MUST!! Stay safe...
