Clint Black and Trace Adkins Reunite for 2019 Hits. Hats. History. Tour
It's been years since country hitmakers Clint Black and Trace Adkins shared the stage, but the superstar pair will be embarking on a new tour together. The Hits. Hats. History. Tour is set to kick off in May of 2019 in Charlotte, N.C., and will continue throughout the summer, with additional dates to be announced in the coming weeks.
"It's been a few years since Clint and I shared the stage," Adkins comments in a press release. "Since then, we have both been fortunate to have added a few more hits, and a few more hats, to our collection. Looking forward to this!"
Adds Black, "Trace and I toured together back in the '90s, and I'm really looking forward to sharing the stage with him again! He's a lot of fun, and a real pro." The pair will be joined by supporting acts Terri Clark, Craig Campbell and John Berry at select shows.
Both artists will be juggling the Hits. Hats. History. Tour alongside busy solo performance schedules of their own. Adkins recently launched his 2019 Don't Stop Tour, which will continue through November, and he's also joining Blake Shelton's 2019 Friends and Heroes Tour stops over the course of the year.
For his part, Black recently announced the Still ... Killin' Time Tour in celebration of the 30th anniversary of his triple-platinum selling debut album, Killin' Time. That run will kick off in March, and Black says that the show will revisit some of the most memorable hits from early in his career.
Pre-sale tickets for the Hits. Hats. History. Tour will begin on March 5, with all remaining tickets becoming available on March 8 at 10AM local time. For ticketing information, visit either Adkins' or Black's website.
