I'll be up at the Marias Heritage Center here in Shelby this evening (Tuesday) to read & share MORE Montana History. We'll be "soldiering" on with our current tome, "Stump Town to Ski Town; The Story of Whitefish, Montana." We'll commence tonight on chapter 7, From WWI Through WWII: Growing Pains," & we'll learn how the good citizens of the Flathead Valley answered

Our Great Falls High School Class of 1964 will be having a "Reunion" meeting THIS coming Monday night, January 14th. There's HIGH IMPORTANCE attached to Monday's meeting for sure...it'll be an IMPORTANT work session in order to put together the the FIRST Reunion mailing...

That is to say, the Conrad Library is CLOSED today (Friday.) Speaking of "stories," "words," "reading material," etc., this appears to be the SHORTEST Puffman Blog in history! Besides, it's FRIDAY! I hope the Conrad Library opens soon...I'll keep you posted & updated on my blog....

Our Toole County Friends of the Library will have their Book Store (like our FM station says) "WIDE OPEN" this weekend. Friday hours are from 11 until 6, & Saturday hours will be from 11 until 3. Check out their Book Store/Book Sale/Everything Books set up down on Main Street next to the drugstore....
