Mike Meuli, as many of you know, is a life time resident of the Conrad community. Mike was recently injured and as a result of his injuries, Mike's leg had to be amputated below the knee. Mike will be unable to work in the immediate future. There's going to be a grand benefit for Mike tomorrow evening (Friday) beginning at 6 at the Pondera Golf Club in Conrad. This includes a for-donation dinner which will be following by a live auction. There will also be silent and bucket auction items along with some neat raffles for a rifle and a day at the spa. There's going to be bucket loads of stuff. Area farmers and ranchers will want to note the 120 gallons of RT 3, a case of Gold Sky, 250 acres of chemical application, 10 round bales of hay, and a potload, I mean a POTLOAD of cattle hauling. And there's a lot for the ladies...jewelry, purses, along with beauty salon baskets. I can't wait to hear the bids on items like the helicopter trip over Glacier, the art work, a 2 day 4 person pheasant and fishing expedition, half a processed beef, a 1983 Eldorado, not to mention tickets to the Cat/Griz games. I encourage one and all to turn out tomorrow night at six at the Pondera Golf Club to support our friend and neighbor, Mike Meuli. Helping our friends and neighbors...that's part of what living and working here in the Golden Triangle is all about Thanking all of you for your suppot!
