We’re Going To Get Stuffed
Who hasn't heard of the infamous "Mrs. Cubbison"! My old friend Leo Pearlstein is going to be joining me tomorrow (Friday) afternoon at 4:30 on the Puffman Show with some creative recipes for holidays, family gatherings, or just a chance of pace. Leo's a longtime friend of Sophie Cubbison, & he's the author of "Mrs. Cubbison's Best Stuffing Cookbook-Sensational Stuffings for Poultry, Meats, Fish, Side Dishes, and More". Leo has guided his Research Kitchens for more than 50 years in creating the country's most popular stuffing recipes. He's also the author of "Celebrity Stew" & "Recipes of the Stars". This guy can drop names as fast as the temperatures drop here in Montana! Sophie Cubbison, of course, is a pioneer in convenience food products, who created many of the original recipes using her Melba-toasted stuffing mix more than 50 years ago. Leo's a great guest...we go back years & I'll be giving away TWO copies of"Mrs. Cubbison's Best Stuffing Cookbook" right after tomorrow afternoon's interview. How do you like your stuffing?
