Long time Montana broadcasting icon Norma Ashby is joining me this afternoon (Monday) on the Puffman Show. If it's a happening event, Norma is never NOT involved. Norma is a lot of things but she's no Dear Abby. That's okay because Norma is Event C0-chair when the Great Falls Ad Club brings the world's #1 columnist to Great Falls. That's right, the world's Number One Syndicated Columnist is on her way to Great Falls. Dear Abby, whose name is Jeanne Phillips, will be the first celebrity to take part in the first "Ad Club Celebrity Celebration" on Saturday, October 1st at the Heritage. Norma's coming on the Puffman Show today at 2:30 to give us details on where to get tickets and details about the this October 1st event. Wow, when I stop to think that Dear Abby is known for her popular column that appears in more than 1400 newspapers around the world and is read by more than 110 million people worldwide each day and then's there's Norma Ashby, who's been on Montana statewide television and interviewed ba-zillions of people including the "original Dear Abby" who was this "Dear Abby's mother"...this may be one of the few Puffman Show's where I'm dealing with people more famous than me.
