“Walk With Ease” Workshop Begins April 13th in Shelby

The Toole County Health Department and MSU Extension Office will be offering a 6 week walking program starting April 13^th on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays at 10:30 am. The program will focus on fitness and pain management for individuals with arthritis and other chronic health conditions.  The "Walk With Ease" program is certified by the Arthritis Foundation.  To register for the program contact the Extension Office at 424-8350.
