SANDPOINT, Idaho (AP) — A northern Idaho woman has filed a lawsuit against two teenage runaways from a northwestern Montana boarding school who brutally attacked her after she offered them a ride. The Bonner County Daily Bee reports that Vera Gadman filed the lawsuit Oct. 3 in 1st District Court. She is seeking no less than $10,000 in damages for medical expenses, future lost earnings, and pain and suffering. Marshall Owens Dittrich and Joseph John Martin were 17 at the time of the July 2011 attack.
