There is a lot of fishing to be had this weekend on Northwestern Outdoors Radio.  We start on the Missouri River when we talk to Arnie Gidlow, owner of Missouri Riverside Outfitters and Lodge, about the fine fly fishing he has for rainbows and brown trout near Craig, Montana.

We go from Montana to the coast where Milt Gudgell, owner of Pacific Salmon Charters at the mouth of the Columbia River, previews the great lingcod and sea bass fishing getting ready to kick off on March 15th!

In between the river and the sea we ran into two college bass anglers at the top of their game!  Jerrod Walker, fishing for Eastern Washington University, and Ryan Sparks, fishing for Oregon State University, are getting ready to fish a national championship tournament next month in South Carolina.

Speaking of big events, Rick Leach is asking for both guides and anglers to join him on the Clackamas River next month for the first annual Fishing for a Cure event that will raise money to help fight Parkinson's Disease!

We've got something for hunters too as we talk to the new co-owner of Nimrod Outdoor Company about the fine packs and accessories they have for big game hunters!  Throw in a new edition of "Sportsman's Spotlight" with David Sparks and an extended "Mack's (Lure) Minute" featuring Pro-Staffer and rod builder Brian Timm and we've got a whole lot of the outdoors coming your way!
Northwestern Outdoors Radio is heard Sunday mornings at 5:00am on K96, 96.7fm, and online at k96fm.com.
