‘Top Gear Korea’ Features Insane Helicopter Crash

South Korea is getting their own version of ‘Top Gear.’ Their first episode is bound to be way cooler than even the first episode of the original show, even if this massive helicopter crash wasn’t by intention.

The show scheduled one of their trademark epic races between an AH1 Cobra military style helicopter and a Chevrolet Corvette on a stretch of land in Coolidge, Arizona. Judging by the video, the Corvette clearly won the race because it didn’t crash into the ground in a twisted heap of metallic awesomeness. However, the helicopter certainly earned points for finishing starting with style.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation, but preliminary reports simply show the pilot somehow lost control of the aircraft. Thankfully, the pilots in the helicopter emerged from the wreckage unscathed.
