No, it's not that old Charley Pride tune, it's a "snake report" that I received this morning (Thursday) here at the Puffman Blog desk. Tony, the infamous Snake Man and his wife were out at the dens last Sunday on the Gollehon place east of Brady, out there on Hell's Gulch Road. The "snakers" found one (1) dead snake, no doubt killed by the cold night time temperatures, a bull snake, a live snake, a garter snake and 3 small rattlesnakes. I guess the moral of this story is, "the snakes really do crawl at night but if it gets cold enough, they might not make it to morning...which makes me think, I'm the Puffman...that would be another great title for a country-western song, "I Might Not Live Long Enough To Make It To The Morning"!
