The Constitution Is A Changin’

There will be a Blackfeet Constitutional Change Meeting this evening (Thursday) at the Blackfeet Community College in Browning. Tonight's meeting is scheduled to commence at 6 o'clock SHARP at the college. I'm the Puffman & I like to say, "The only thing is life that is "constant" IS change."
