The Shelby High School Track Fund NOW stands at $63,671.72 with Phase 1  complete! Phase 2 will be the paving of the track & if all goes well, that pavement should be in place THIS year (2014). Phase 3 (the rubberizing) will take place upon completion of the paving. The Shelby High School Track Fund is under the Toole County Community Foundation 501 C3 Organization Tax I.D.
