Well I guess it would be the "square screen" but none-the-less, our favorite weatherman appears to have his own statewide television program Sunday mornings on KRTV, channel 3 out of Great Falls. I happened upon this television endeavor Sunday morning in the 9 o'clock hour. I wasn't paying all that much attention to the tube until I heard a familiar voice. Wait! Could that be "our own" John Polasky who does the weather early mornings, mid days, and late afternoons on KSEN/K 96? Yes, indeed, it was and is! The segment I viewed was most interesting as John was interviewing the manager of the television station KXGN our of Glendive, Montana, television's smallest market. I believe it is the 210th market but it looks like a good one that is very well locally served. Not only Glendive proper but eastern Montana and even  into North Dakota. John was at his professionalism best which should come as no surprise to any of us familiar with John's daily forecasts and witticisms. And it got me to thinking...I've been more than successful in radio broadcasting and of course these days, I have stepped into the blog arena. Possibly television will be my next endeavor. In the meantime, we have some more challenging weather in the week ahead and I invite you to keep abreast of it all by listening to John on the radio and don't forget to bundle up if you're going outside and if you're traveling, please leave early and let someone know where you are and where you're going. Me? I'm anxiously awaiting another "Polasky witticism or two on our action packed 5 o'clock news hour. Stay warm.
