The Great Falls Rescue Mission receives no Government funding but still fed 88,000 people last year and provided 37,000 bed nights.   The main reason they don't receive any government funding is because the government would most likely tell them that they can't use christianity as their basis for long term recovery, which is an integral part of  their full program.   All meals, nights of  shelter and Discipling comes from donations.

The Rescue Mission has realized just how much support they have from here in NorthCentral Montana and because of that they will present a free dinner in Shelby on Sunday May 6th, (this Sunday) at 2 pm at the Shelby H.S cafeteria, just outside the gym.

They would like to get an estimate of how many might be coming and so they would appreciate at call at 761-2653 or a reservation on line at gfrescuemission.org.
