Mothers Day In The Big Sky

May 9th, back in 1914, President Woodrow Wilson, acting on a joint congressional resolution, signed a proclamation designating the 2nd Sunday in May as Mother's Day, & we'll all looking forward to Mother's Day weekend this weekend here in our Golden Triangle. Let's face it...mothers are often the unsung heroes of the family. Through their care & concern, they have sacrificed much to raise their children & make them aware of the REAL values of life. Every mother is worth of being especially saluted on Mother's Day & THIS Sunday, the Pondera Medical Extended Care & Special Care Unit down in Conrad will be hosting a PMC Mother's Day Tea. Sunday afternoon's tea commences at 3 o'clock & you're encouraged to wear a hat! More than anyone else I can think of, Mom deserves a special day of her own.
