I'll begoing back up at the Marias Heritage Center here in Shelby tonight to read more of Lenore Puhek's 4th historical novel based upon stories about real people who came to live & work here in Montana. The book is "No Time for Tears" & it's a fabulous read. "No Time for Tears" is the continuation of the Hicks & Frey families with the zany Mutchnik couple thrown in for good measure...think of Sam Drucker's general store in Green Acres! Lenore is a Carroll College graduate. Her novels shed light on the historical development of the "Wild West." Previously we enjoyed "The River's Edge", "Annie", & most recently "Forever Friends." Lenore has done it again with this truly enjoyable tome. See you tonight at 6 o'clock SHARP at the Heritage for more Montana History. By the way, the lady on the cover of "No Time for Tears" is Lenore's great grandmother & that is the original homestead in the background. Lenore couldn't pose for the front cover picture...she was down at the garage trying to get her Buick repaired...AGAIN! "No Time for Tears" (autographed by Lenore) is available at: lpuhek@gmail.com, 406 443 2552 or by writing to" Lenore McKelvey Puhek at P.O. Box 6002, Helena, Mt. 59601.
