MDT Needs Comments on NTC Roadwork Proposal
Sunburst - The Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) would like to
notify the public and seek comments on a proposal to overlay 8.7 miles of
Secondary Highway 552, east of Sunburst, in Toole County. The project
begins east of the Sunburst I-15 Interchange at reference post 0.1 and
proceeds east to reference post 8.82, just east of the intersection with
Pederson Road where the pavement ends.
Proposed work includes overlay, seal and cover, and signing, delineation and
pavement markings.
The project is tentatively scheduled for construction in 2015, depending on
completion of all project development activities and availability of
funding.
No new Right-of-Way or utility relocations will be needed.
