Luke Bryan is on a hot streak. His third album, 'Tailgates & Tanlines,' has been certified Double Platinum, and the most recent of his Spring Break series, 'Spring Break ... Here to Party' debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Top 200 in March. The budding superstar will continue that streak when he releases his fourth studio album later this year.

In an appearance on 'The Late Show With David Letterman' on Monday night (May 13), the reigning ACM Entertainer of the Year revealed that he will release his next album on August 13.

He performed the first single from the album, 'Crash My Party,' live on the show. The mid-tempo track is a somewhat more mature sound for Bryan as compared to some of his good-time anthems like 'Country Girl (Shake it for Me)' and 'I Don't Want This Night to End.'

Bryan recently shared that he's especially proud of the vocals on the upcoming project. "A lot of times on my first three albums, we were so busy and had short time windows to get vocals done,” he explained. “This album, we had a month and a half or two months to get everything like we wanted to, so if my voice wasn’t feeling good one day, then we’d come in and sing a day later. It was really a relaxed environment ... my voice seems to go to a new level."

Apparently, rapper T-Pain will also be featured on the forthcoming record.
