Lent In The Big Sky

It's Lent, the 40 weekdays of fasting & penitence that goes from Ash Wednesday to Easter, & this week's Lenten Luncheon will be held at the Methodist Church here in Shelby. One way that I know that spring is truly here is when the Lenten Lunches roll around. Our weather here in the Golden Triangle has FINALLY broken (at last!) with temperatures this week predicted to hit 50 degrees plus! It seemed to me at times like it would NEVER get here. Looking forward to seeing you at 12 noon SHARP tomorrow (Thursday) at the Methodist Church. HELLO SPRING! It's about time...
