Duane Drogitis is the latest winner of the $10 drawing from our Farmers Market here in Shelby. Who couldn't use an extra $10! Why not sign up for the next drawing this afternoon (Thursday) at our Shelby Food and Craft Market down in City Park. It should be a good one today, the weather's excellent and the Flathead cherries are now in at the market. See you this afternoon between 4 and 6:30 at City Park. And Duane, once again, congratulations! Over in Chester this afternoon, the Liberty County Farmers Market will be happening in Chester City Park from 5 to 7. Actually, there's time to hit our Shelby Market at 4 and then head on over to Chester and make it a late afternoon/early evening of Farm Market action! You may want to rest up tomorrow (Friday) and then get up early on Saturday and cruise down to Choteau. They're having their Farmers Market Saturday morning from 8:30 to Noon at the Choteau Visitors Center. While you're in Choteau, why not stop by Grizzly Sports and even Grizzly Auto and say hello to my good friend Jim Anderson. He always has some great Montana/Rocky Mountain Front fishing and hunting stories for you and he's probably one of the most affable guys around these parts. It's all right here in the Golden Triangle and the Big Sky.
