Gimme A Pigfoot

I've had my nose to the grindstone analyzing & researching social media food conversations,& I note that the National Pork Board (NPB) has discovered that many states were in DIRE need of some flavor-packed inspiration while others were bringing on the heat. Here's the GOOD NEWS: Montana is # 2, & not only that, we're 1 of the top 10 most flavorful states in the country! We beat out New York, California, & Texas, just to name a few. I have good intentions of writing some Puffman Blogs on how to properly prepare & grill pork, the best cuts of pork to grill, & some flavor-packed grilling recipes in the near future. For the present, I simply intend to keep on stuffing my face with hotdogs every chance I get. How do you like your dogs...I like mine boiled & NOT grilled, with plenty of mustard & NO ketchup.
