In this adorkable video, a groom-to-be proposes to his girlfriend by donning a homemade mask depicting Bender, the hard drinking robot from Matt Groening’s ‘Futurama.’ As if that wasn’t geeky enough, the creative techie poured his binary heart out in front of his computer in a series of zeroes and ones.

He posted it to YouTube under the title:

“01001111011010000010000001101000011000010110100100100001″

This roughly translates to “Oh hai!” according to several online binary translators.

The bride-to-be caught the message on her Facebook page and after 30 minutes of translating his series of zeroes and ones, he realized he was asking her “Rachel, you are awesome. Will you marry me?”

Apparently, she said yes but we’re taking her word for it since our eyes are exhausted from trying to read all those numbers. Is this one of the most creative proposals of all time?
